Project Statement
This 30-day workshop series explores different aspects of psychology specifically dealing with family relationships and epigenetics. In the research, I use aspects of movement therapy to explore relationship patterns, diving deeper into feelings that are released through the body. Throughout this process, small dances will occur that I title, Tiny Moments of Hearts Pouring Out.
