Mess Choir, in its most honest form, is a book. With themes of romanticism, endings, intimacy, daily ritual, and the inevitable, the poems themselves are the dance. A year spent dancing through a pandemic helped me build a world inside the walls of my bedroom, which has become a sanctuary.
